But I will add your link to all of my sites, just don't have the time right now.

New flooring! That is kinda fun but a lot of work depending how much stuff you have to move. I hope you are able to find a great spot to put your computer so we don't lose touch with you.

What kind of flooring? Hardwood? Carpet?

I hope everything goes well and good luck

Thanks! This is an old bunkerhouse, built in 1945. We want to fix it up a little before my mom comes to visit next month (haven't seen her in 17 years).

Then next year, we have planned to maybe build a new house next door (we own a double corner lot inside Stephenville TX) and keep this old one just for rescue purposes. Or move to a new place, depends what's out there when the time comes.

So we chose high traffic carpet for the future office (now living room) and the current bedroom (future nursery), stuff that docs have in the waiting room kinda stuff and durable sheet vinyl for the rooms where the cages and animals will be.

Thankfully we don't have that much stuff to move around, but more than I could handle alone. I'm still a bit weak from yesterday's episode..had an allergic reaction to some antibiotic and thought my last hour had come! But the docs got it under control with some Benadryl pretty fast. That was a first and hopefully the last for me!

Just letting you know that I finally got around putting your link on the Rainbow Wildlife site: http://rainbowwildlife.com/links.html (it's right in the first block).

LOL! One of these days I have to check them all again and sort out the broken ones that don't exist anymore. I get about 10 emails a day from companies and people requesting to be added to that list. It's crazy. But that's part of how SEO works with backlinks and all the fun stuff.

Thank you so much for the support! I really appreciate it!

How did the flooring go? Is everything finished and looking great?

Any time! Flooring is not done yet. Tomorrow they are supposed to do the carpet part and be done with it. But what's done looks awesome! I'm very happy with it!

Glad to hear that at least the finished part is looking good. I guess this post was from a couple of days ago so the carpet should look good now. I am sure the little critters will appreciated the new flooring!

I hope all is going well with everyone!!

Yes! They are finally done! And now the real mess starts..sorting through everything, probably cleaning a lot too, and finding a place for it. I have 3 weeks to do that, so it shouldn't be that stressful.

But just looking at that mountain of stuff is really discouraging, because there is so much else to take care of.

BUT "happiness is a travel, not a destination", so I'm going to enjoy every minute of work that I'm putting into it all and be happy that I even have a destination!

Keep living the dream!
