Default Just wanted to say Hi

Hi all

Newbe here, my husband and I live with 12 cats 2 dogs several doves, pigeons, and I box turtle. I am currently caring for 17 baby opossums 3 at just over 200 grams and 14 all from one litter weighing in at 50 to 60 grams yea -they can eat on our own now no more tubing! Nice to see there are others out there with the same type of large crazy family as we have. The cats all came in family groups first 2 strays than a single abandoned at our vets than a litter of four, and last another litter last year of five it seems if you take them in you canít find homes for them or in my case I am just to picky and we end up keeping everyone since most of them are brother and sisters they all get along great. Just wanted to say Hi. Looking forward to sharing stories with you all on the board.

I am in Pennsylvania been rehabbing for about 18 years now and taking in strays of all sorts my whole life. My husband is a big softie most of the cats are his I call him the crazy cat man, if you would see him you would not think he would even look at a cat he is a large biker dude rides a Harley and loves his cats.
I will try to get some pictures of the possums soon I have been trying for a while now but tubing them all every three hours was just to crazy I didnít have time to think about any thing else, now all I have is a lot of dirty baby blankets and more time to think and breath! I just released two squirrels and a mourning dove, things are calmer here now for the moment. Will post pictures soon.

Hehe, my hubby is the cat person of the house too! But not quite the biker type, rather the geeky type, lol. Me likes 'em that way!

I released over 30 possies this year already, has been crazy. More possies than squirrels, which is unusual. Right now it's bird and coonie time. I just updated my blog: http://puppyeducation.blogspot.com/2...n-orphans.html

Looking forward to your pics!
