Default Current Foster Kitties

I haven't written for a while so thought I'd give a little update. I still have Sherbert the little orange tabby girl. She is now 6 months old and just got spayed.
I have an all black little guy named Wapi now too. Wapi means lucky in a native american tongue. Wapi was thrown out of a car in a plastic bag with his mother and 5 siblings right in front of the shelter's driveway. He was about 3-4 days old. I got him and one of his siblings but unfortunantly I lost his sibling that night. He is 5 weeks old now and starting to eat dry kitten food. He is a little love bug.
And last comes Tonka. He is an eight week old tabby kitten who's feral mother disappeared. A nice lady brought him to me so I could find him a home. I just had him nuetered and now he is looking for a good home. He has the loudest moter that never stops. He wants to be with people but rarely stops running around the house at about 90 miles an hour!

Here are a few pictures of Wapi. He is 11 weeks old now and weighs 3 pounds. He still wants to bottles of milk a day though! He is an absolute sweet heart!

Here he is getting cuddled, what he likes best.

What happened to Wapi's other siblings? Guess you gave them away. We used to have black cats some years ago (Blackie & Benny) but they died already. Nowadays it seems not easy to find black cats. Even at the shelters too.

Wapi's siblings were all killed when they were thrown out of a car in a bag with their mother. Pretty sad .
An update on the happy side though, I think we have an adopter for both kittens. I admitt it will be sad to see them go but I think they will have a great family.

It's like releasing wildlife...you know you can't keep them, you did the best you could and given them a great start for the rest of their lives! At least, that's what I keep telling myself when the sadness wants to set in .
